humpa,
Unfortunately there is bugger all help on the BIABacus atm so some bits can be a bit confusing.
1. The first thing I want you to do for a minute is delete the 11.36 you have in Section W.. Now the first three lines of Section K will read like this...
TWN = 62.03
SWN = 63.26
Mash Volume = 72.63
What this tells you is that on a pure BIAB (a full-volume mash) you would put 62.03 L of water into your kettle. Once you heated that 62.03 L to mash temp, it will have swelled to 63.26 KL. After you pour your grain in the kettle will now be filled to 72.63 L. Mash volume includes the grain bill.
2. If it is easy to wash the grains with the water you can't fit in the kettle, then that is fine. Usually though sparging involves a second vessel, a second heat source and a lot more labour.
3. You have a keggle. To check you have understood this post correctly, we'd need a pic of your kettle or, if you have some bathroom scales, weigh your keggle empty and then fill it with water up to the keg's 'shoulders' (where it starts to taper in, if it does at all). Record these weights and then we will know what the capacity is for sure.
Number 3 above is the first thing to check.
