I have no experience with Sahti, but i think that you will do it like a regular BIAB, adding juniper twigs/berries in the mash. Probably you don't need to put the twigs at the bottom of the mash (as you would do in a mash tun) because you don't need the filtering aid from them.

As a former "troll" (one who lives under the bridge), I think it may be helpful for others to know what a "Yooper" is. This is one who lives in the Upper Peninsula (U.P.) of Michigan. If you're from the UP, you're a Yooper.
