Any recipe that showcases the hop: I did a 2-row/citra SMaSH (yummy), a Marris Otter/citra SMaSH (more yummy), and an APA (2-row, Munich, Vienna, C-60) with citra FWH and dry hops (extra yummy). I've got an amarillo/citra APA fermenting now....can't wait to dig into that one!

thughes,

I just finished a Amarillo/Citra APA. It was wonderful. It was my all Chinook IPA that I normally use to substitute hops in for testing. (SMASH) I did a all Citra (Citra ass down) it was super. I then did the same recipe with both Citra and Amarillo just using up odd packages. Again it was superb! I made a Citra hops vodka too! Good Stuff!
tap 1 Raspberry wine
tap 2 Bourbon Barrel Porter
tap 3 Czech Pilsner
tap 4 Triple IPA 11% ABV

Pipeline: Mulled Cider 10% ABV

Same here I usually do a M.O./Vienna or Munich/Crystal 60 Chinook APA dry hopped with cascade...but I prefer the Citra dry hop.

Really I have found any combo of Amraillo/Cascade/Citra with this recipe tastes awesome.
