Maximum batch size.

Hi all!

I'm a somewhat experienced brewer, and I've recently aquired a 29 liter boiler with all the trimmings - controllable temp, high quality hop filter, ball valve tap etc. I've been using it to brew just over 10 litres of beer at a time for now, as I've been experimenting with recipes, and using it for full size extract batches the rest of the time.

without maxi-biab, what's the biggest batch size I could make here? I'd like a totally self-contained brewday if possible rather than fiddling about with sparging a bag etc, because I brew in my conservatory, and part of the brewday is chilling the hell out, watching the football and cracking a beer :champ:

For a 3 UK gallon batch (about 15L,) I'd need 19 liters of strike water for 3.5kg of grain (up to 5.5%) - is that pushing it, or could I go for more?
