Good Day, My Stouts start arond 1.060 also. After 10 days 1.020 - 1.030sg is normal.

I move the beer to a secondary for 3-4 weeks. My F.G. is around 1.010.

Stouts seem to take alot of time.

Swirl up that yeast, move it somewhere a bit warmer, and check it again in a couple of weeks.

if you where shooting for 1018 and hit 1024, i would not worry about ti too much. let it sit another week and package it. it should be fine.
