Raspberry Wheat

Working on planning my next few brews and I have several pounds of large golden raspberry's from my garden that I would like to use to flavor a wheat beer, I have looked on all the beer sights that I can find on how to do this. Some say to add the berries after flame out to sterilize the berries and to prevent pectin haze, others say to add to the primary still others to add to a secondary. Some say to bring them to 180 degrees in a sauce pan to pasturize them, some say to soak them in vodka. Just wondering if any of you have made this beer and have any suggestions.
