Squared,

I think any IPA recipe would do? Given that the hop has a Chardonnay like flavor? I think that you should showcase that? A Single Malt And Shingle Hop (SMASH) might be in order? I have not brewed these recipes!

Nelson Sauvin hops bear the name of their closest aroma descriptor, Sauvignon Blanc grapes - "crushed gooseberry" is the term most commonly used.

Thanks people. Yeah I am familiar with its profile "on paper" but wondering how it translates over to a brewed batch, thats all

Bob, I have to agree, it definitely needs to be showcased then I can actually figure out the hop.
Since you went ahead a nd posted a recipe that actually does look decent enough, I might as well give 'er a go.

Squared,
Get yourself a Drifter Pale Ale from Widmeer Brothers Brewing. That will give you a good idea what this hop can do.
