Great to see you back here jimmy. Glad to see you finally getting some free time .

I couldn't work out who the brewer was from the video but they did quite a good job explaining most of the process. I still missed a few things though.

As you know, I always question more gadgetry as it usually ends up offering little or no brewing/quality advantage but creates a lot more cleaning (usually exponential) .

I do enjoy the thinking on gadgetry but have finally learned to stop following through on my thoughts. If anyone needs some parts for a project, PM me as I probably have them.
