Take a short length of tube (6" long) that is of the correct diameter to fit snugly over the opening in the spigot. Using a paper clip heated with a flame, melt a small hole in the tubing about an inch down from the spigot. This will create a venturi and aerate your wort very effectively as you drain it into the FV.
