My first all grain with my first BIAB

Post #1 made 13 years ago
As the heading says, I did a cream ale that I tweaked a little. Made a couple small mistakes, but nothing that would cause me to worry. I'm sure that I'll have beer in the end. Been lurking here for a while, so I'm pretty sure of the process. Just have to adjust a couple weights and measures, and all will be well.

Easy, only because of all the information I got from this forum. Thanks to all that contribute here. I've been reading all I could find on this site and I have no worries about my brewday.

Good on you oldbike :salute: ;),

If your first brew day goes easily, you have to up the challenge factor on your second one. On your next brew, you now have to have your first drink when your strike water starts to heat and invite ten friends around to 'help'.

 and please let us know how it tastes ;).
If you have found the above or anything else of value on BIABrewer.info, consider supporting us by getting some BIPs!
