I'll follow your example. I haven't tried "no chill" before, but from reading these posts, it seems the way to go.

Hi all, I have just bought a 40 l Crown Urn to begin AG brewing using BIAB. Does anyone recommend replacing the tap with a s/s ball valve? Any technical tips on how to do this? What about the sight glass? Seems like a potential bug trap after a few brews. Is it worthwhile to remove it and plug the h...
