Sorry to hear about your back and job Pat. Like the other guys said keep your mind busy with stuff. A BIAB book actually could take off as I don't think I've seen one anywhere. You could sell it on Amazon Kindle too.

I've been drinking beer from some of mine about 3 months after and its been OK. If I do a hoppy pale ale though the aroma diminishes over time but I'm guessing the same would happen if I bottled it ?

There's knowledge that you probably can impart to newcomers right now Streamer. One is cleaning and sanitising is so important! Also fermentation temps :-) These are simple pieces of advice that you find out early on in your brewing journey that are crucial (hopefully not from a ruined batch).

Yeah, it's not as high abv as the original (that's nearly 6% which is a bit high for me). I do like their Quickchange too. Lower abv than supercharger. Not sure of the recipe but they do list the hops on the label so you could do a base apa then use their list of hops as a guide. Cheers
