Could you verify I guess either section D or the amount of hops that you used. This seems to be a pretty good recipe and I'm looking to brew it this weekend. However the difference between 27 or 23 liters in section D makes a pretty large difference in the IBUs.

I'm also not sure when to do that. Can I do that when I first start the mash so that is boiling while I'm finishing the mash?...

Eisenboch sounds like a fun idea. I might have to try that before it gets too warm.

I'm planning to brew on my patio on Saturday. The high for the day is supposedly 17, which should make maintaining the mash temp interesting. Maybe I'll make a slightly larger batch so I can Eisen some of it. :think:
