Anyone have a good honey based ale recipe?

Hi, as the subject states I am chasing a BIAB recipe for a honey ale. I have a friend who has bees and has an abundance of honey. We have so far used it for a spiced mead which is 1 month in the fermenter. We still have around 9kg of honey and am hoping to do a nice honey ale for summer (Australia)....

Hi Guys, great site, heaps of info.
I'm in Perth, Australia and have been brewing partial mash for 6 months now with mixed results!
