Hi Everyone! I'm an American, living in Detroit. Santa just brought me an eBIAB setup. I've been brewing all-grain for about a year, but I'm not at all familiar with BIAB. I found this forum after looking around the net; I'm looking for a friendly / relaxed environment to pick up some BIAB pointers....
