As a former "troll" (one who lives under the bridge), I think it may be helpful for others to know what a "Yooper" is. This is one who lives in the Upper Peninsula (U.P.) of Michigan. If you're from the UP, you're a Yooper.

I like this forum primarily because I really like BIAB, but also because members here are truly helpful and genuinely nice, especially towards newcomers. This isn't necessarily the case for another large homebrewing forum I've been on. Cheers!
