Kit. Wine will continue to look this horrid for about a month, then racking etc will make it good for late October, VERY good for Christmas.

Long day... Got 4 gallons of greengage wine into demijohns in the morning (to free up a fv) and then set to work. Big fat dark Ruby mild (adapted from a recipe by Dave law) now in primary.
