Welcome hejseb, That looks like a lot of work to me. So, is 10 L your biggest (little) pot? Your bag may not fit in your 5 L pot and you run the risk of over sparging (causing tannins). Also the mash thickness is real thick (3V brewers love this however, stick a fork in it and it will stay standing...
