Hi from Minnesota! I was referred to this site by a poster at HomeBrewTalk. I just switched over to BIAB, after a half dozen or so extract batches. I just bottled my first BIAB, a 3 gallon SMaSH batch with Maris Otter, Cascade and US-05. Can't wait to taste it. Looking forward to learning more. Chee...
