Afternoon all, I'm from North Somerset, England, and have been brewing kits on and off for the last 5 years. I did my first BIAB earlier on this week adapting a recipe for the Cotleigh Brewery's Barn Owl, it's currently fermenting away nicely, I'm looking forward to trying it!
