I doubt mine will last 5 weeks being Christmas but I will try and keep a few back, I'm looking forward to trying it, I will taste it when I bottle it to get some idea, roll on sunday

Hi well done TR3A , I am bottling this in 2 days, this is my second AG brew too I can't wait to try it, I used Pale malt and followed GW's recipe and used S-04 yeast as I couldn't get wyeast1968 in time...
