      :thumbs: Been putting this off for to long now . brewing the Black Widow Porter from Brewing Classic Styles . Might be alittle much for my first biab but I tend to brew what I have a taste for . Im using the Calculator and comparing to what I came up with in Beersmith2 for a 2 gallon brew length . Its not hard to screw up in Beersmith2 and I got everything fairly close but I trust you BIAB experts much more so we shall see how I did with the numbers . Thanks for everyones hard work here to try...

      Hi GuingesRock, I always think that I need to hurry when it comes to getting wert into the fermenter , pitching the yeast and getting some oxygen to it then get the airlock on asap to prevent contamination . Maybe I need to slow it down a bit?
      
      tlrgear, I guess I do have the lid on for that half an hour. There are lots of different ways. That's the one I settled with and like. Probably for it's simplicity and seems to work well for me.
