It says 73.68, I guess that's pretty good. When I get the time I might try to crunch some of the numbers above to compare.

I've got the day off work so doing a brew at the moment. Once I've got the numbers, I'll give it a go - the simple method for now I think.

Maybe I should have asked something simple like...how long would it take to drive to the moon and back in a 1961 Hilman Hunter, fully laden, one flat tyre (left front), the 2nd cylinder misfiring and of course assuming the was a gravel road all the way there...

Yeah, I'm actually looking at it right now. Says closer to 36L, that would have made all the difference.

After changing some settings in Brewmate, that came pretty close too. I suspect user error

Nothing major, just got my water volumes all wrong. Was going for a 20L (ended up with 15L) brew and according to Brewmate I needed to start with about 26L of water. Mashed at around 66oC, didn't mash out, just pulled out the bag and placed into another pot to drain. SG was about 1.030. Squeezed out...
