G'day, Chris here, been Biabing for about 18 months, beer is no different really to 3v, but much simpler with Biab. (IMHO). I've built a kickass temp controller which simultaneously runs mash, fridge, ferment and hop / malt drying. Anyway, looking forward to browsing the forum some more. Cheers to A...
