welp, put 3 btls in the fridge and cracked open today...3 weeks since bottling and flat as heck and sweet..
Ill wait another week..... Then Ill think about wasting caps and adding yeast to each btl like Rick did way back when.

I checked with my LHBS and found out that the US-05 yeast I bought is fresh as heck. exp date of 5/2022 . But still.. Bottled on Monday and didn't have any off taste or aromas sooooo its 2 weeks...

Welcome Monkeybrew . Kinda sux being quarantined but as long as you can get supplies Biab is the easiest way to all grain brewing. We are a great community here and do not look snobbish on new brewers.
Checked 2 days ago , yesterday and 5am this morning. Came down to 1.018.. Still wondering..Had to go to N. Fla. To see an Uncle that's not doing good. Put in fridge to cold crash. Taste and bottle this week and give a report back later.
