Hi Pat, Thanks for the reply, will try and nut out the calculator. The one thing that has me "scratchin' me 'ed" is that the original recipe had a 6.1kg grain bill for a 28lt batch and from what I can gather the brewer uses a 3v system. The calculator tells us that 7.923kg grain is needed for a 27lt...
