      Pistol Patch passed away on 12/07 /2020,
      following 18 odd months of cancer struggles,
      he leaves behind a impressive legacy and was quite simply the inventor of the technique that has revolutionized modern home and small scale brewing,
      
      We intend to keep this site alive and want input from people that have the skills to keep it going.
      
      For the few of you in Western Australia,
      we are holding a wake in his honor at Clancy's pub in Fremantle,
      one of his favorite venues.

      it was modified by Morebeer to accept 1/2 fittings as opposed to the barb fittings they come with
      (looks like they started selling these in this configuration since)

      heatshield for burner, fits 100L pot
      clamp for marchpump
      lockable castors, (they cost $150 I think)
      Currently has 3 ring burner with Medium pressure reg fitted,
      which can be removed or negotiated.
      pick up only from Bicton, (near Fremantle)

      Looks like I missed the beer fault night on Tuesday but was forced to fly back from Sydney with Jetstar so would have been too tired to attend anyway :smoke:.
      
      Sinkas, I have my ticket for tomorrow night's 'Tasting of the Barrels' at the Sail. Do we have a loyalty card for, Nick's Kebabs? I can never remember eating there but surely we must have something by now?
