Thanks for the reply adman. Interesting I just did a dry run with 30l of water, boiled for 90mins, with the lid off. Ended up with 21l left. Am going to try a landlord clone soon. Hi there. Just wondering what your initial volume was. I have a buffalo 40l and am trying to work out what the evaporation rate is and thus how much water to add at the beginning. Am only a new brewer and have yet to do my first BIAB.
