I have a mixer that is powered by a hand drill, that should work well to stir up the mash.

I have a 50 gallon stainless drum with a large natural gas burner. Is biab possible for a batch this big? I'd be starting with 100 lbs of dry grain. Hello everyone. I've been brewing for about 5 years and doing BIAB for about 1 year. I built a a 45 gallon 3 vessel natural gas system with pulleys. Works great, love the simplicity of brew in a bag.
