Thanks for the suggestions, guys. I'm completely new to AG, so I've been reading Palmer's "How To Brew" to get a handle on all the terminology and formulas. I'm still a little confused about a few things, but hopefully I can work through them with the help of this forum. Thanks guys!

Hey guys, I'm planning on buying a new 60 quart kettle for my full entrance into BIAB, but in the meantime I'd like to use the existing equipment I have from my extract brewing days, which is a 30 qt / 7.5 gallon boil kettle. Hello. My name is Dan, and I'm from Missouri. I've only brewed from extract, but am ready to take the plunge into AG with BIAB. I've got a 60 qt pot and my wife is sewing my grain bag... can't wait to get started (after I read through this forum, of course)!
