I tend to get impatient and started to skim but information caught my and slowed me down. Overall, not bad. Sometimes it pays to be slowed down and smell the wort along the way!

Hello from Alaska. Just starting to investigate the BIAB method. Have done extract and partial grain methods. Moved to a smaller home and I have less space and thought this moght be a way to be more space efficient.
