well i smashed the kolsch yesterday and the red ale today...all went really smoothly. Hit all the targets on the kolsch and most on the irish. irish ale yeast is getting all preped so well have to wait to see the taste results... pretty excited

When my burner arrives on Monday im going to do a trial boil with water and everything to calibrate the keggle. I have a brew next weekend with a few friends who are also going in on the brew because im pretty poor and needed the beer subsidised haha so for this first brew im concerned about the eff...

Low pressure adjustable regulator with the italian spiral burner looks the goods. Has anyone seen a cheaper option of the same product? and if anyone has one is it all pretty stable with a full keggle on top or would you need to manufacture a stand of some kind?
