Hi, Mike from Ottawa, Canada here. Found this site through a link on my home brew talk app. So far I have only brewed 3 extract kits. I am really looking forward to stepping up the process. Since we are covered in snow 5 months of the year it seems that BIAB would be a great fit for brewing indoors....
