Thanks a lot for the advice guys! I think I'll give serious thought to buying an urn before my next brew. The mini biab was interesting and fun, but pretty low yield for all the time it took. If I boil in an urn, can I turn my back on it? Or do I have to watch it like a hawk for the whole 90 minutes...
