Did my first BIAB about a month ago, and cracked the first bottle this weekend. EASILY the best beer I have ever made. I've only don about 10 brews using LME etc. No comparison. I am interested in learning a whole lot more. First BIAB was a 12lbs pale. OG 1.056. A winner!
