      Have a chance to buy a 48l cooler mash tun
      Would I be able to mash say 12 kg of grain in that?
      Probably have to do a batch sparge but no Dramamine there
      Main aim is to brew 40l end volume

      Lukas, call me on the telephone re this if you want. I'm pretty sure you shouldn't be buying that esky/cooler though. If you have a 70L pot then, as MS said above, you are okay. Even if you weren't, there are far better ways to go than buying and esky/cooler.

      43.48% Wheat Malt
      8.7% Melanoidin
      4.35% Special-B
      
      1 g/L Hallertau Tradition (5.2% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
      
      Single step Infusion at 66°C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes
      
      Fermented at 18°C with Wyeast 3638 - Bavarian Wheat
