That's the current plan: two bags. I haven't decided whether to hand stitch them myself or take them to a tailor's to get done professionally.

Thanks to both for your advice and opinions. I will experiment and report back. First on the brew list is Chewbacca Defense Ale -- v1.0. With a 15.5-lbs (7-kg) grain bill, it should make for a good test batch.

Sorry, I didn't make it clear... I am certainly going to make a bag, I just don't know what size to make it: for the kettle or for the basket.
