Nice hoppy beer about 4.2% anyone can work one out for me pl

I have the following ingredients..I like a purity ebu or a banks bitter hoppy beer, anyone got a nice recipe please.

Simpsons Maris otter
crystal malt
black malt
wheat malt.

hops
goldings dont know the alpha
cascade 9.8
northern brewer 11.2
handful of amarillo 11.2

Oooooh! I like your post Guest5234. (Where did that nickname come from???) You've broken all the usual rules and have still scored a great beer! I'd love some more detail on this. Just some simple stuff like how did you keep your kettle covered/sealed while it was fermenting and how you transferred...

Was in a rush last month and just pitched my yeast straight into by 70 litre pot after I had cooled it overnight, so my brew fermented out on the trub and crap.......result....I ave done ths pale ale several times and this one is probably my best

Wow guest. good going :clap: 1.050 is impressive,be sure to let me know how it turns out. Thanks yeasty, achieved a gravity of 1.050 at end of boil which surprised me.

100 gms east Kent golding AAcid 7.04
20gms fuggles aa 5.1
20 gms challenger aa 8.2
I have a 70 litre pot

Hi, retired firefighter from the UK, live near Stratford upon Avon and have been doing kits for 15 years or more, all grain just seemed to complicated for me but this new BIAB seems just seems a lot easier.
