using multiple yeast cultures

hey fellas,

i've read a few references to adding a second yeast culture during the fermenting. I used a second culture to restart a suspected dead fermentation. The beer was so good that between my mates and i it lasted about 2 minutes flat.

Your thoughts, pros cons.

So I burnt the bottom of my bag...

Hey guys,

i managed to burn the bottom of my brew bag... accusations have been made about drunken supervision... unfounded obviously. My question is, will this poison the brew?? can it be saved??

Honey instead of sugar

was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on adding a little honey (liquified) instead of sugar when bottling.

Any thoughts and ideas would be appreciated.
