OK, I've got my 10 gallon kettle and am going out to purchase a few brewing bags.
Can anyone suggest a recipe for wheat beer or a medium pale ale that they have tried and liked.

Have made wine for the past several years.
Getting into it because my son has brewed before and we will now be brewing together.
This looks and sounds alot easier than all of the other methods of brewing.
