I'm a relatively new brewer in San Diego, and have done only extract brews so far. I heard the Beersmith podcast about BIAB, and it sounded like a great, inexpensive way to get into all grain. I'm going to do a Berliner Weiss (my first sour), and am excited to try a new process.
