Hi All Originally from New Zealand but I (like many other Kiwis) now live in Sydney Australia. I've been doing Kits & Bits and extract brews for a couple of years now. I'm about to head into BIAB using an Urn very shortly so I'm gathering up all the info and equipment required. Can't Wait!!! :cool: JN
