Hi, I am from Cambridge, MA. I have made 4 DME beers to date and am ready to head in a new direction. I am an apartment brewer, so am maxing out at a 7.5 gallon kettle, which will limit me to 3-4 gallon batches. I also plan on doing FIAK to save space.
