Hi all... I brewed kits 'n' bits for about 12 years. I've been all-grain brewing for approximately two years (23 batches), since I discovered the BIAB method on AHB (thanks PP!). I have a 98 litre kettle, in which I usually brew a 72 litre batch size. I use the no-chill method. I've had great succes...
