Hi all, I'm about to start my first BIAB (pot and bag ordered) here in Switzerland. Planning on some Brewdog clones (not the easiest to source the originals here!) Hoping to use the BIABacus here as well since my mathematical ability in questionable! I'm sure i'll be bending a number of ears in here...
