Hello, New member here from Lancaster, PA. I came across this site from numerous blogs discussing BIAB, it seems to be the Holy Grail of BIAB knowledge and from what I've seen so far it is! I've been brewing since the freshman year of college and am currently in medical school (so 5 yrs of brewing?)...
