Repeated the recipe yesterday. The new burner shaved approx 3 hours of the brew day. Also only lost about 2 degrees in the mash over 90 mins which was pretty good.

Take a look at http://www.brewinabag.com for the bag and the pulley. The pulley and ratchet system works really well. Hi guys, I have recently started brewing again ( been away for about 20 years) and started again using kits. I am really keen to get into all grain and recently listened to the Beer Smith podcast, BIAB down under. Anyway keen to learn more and potentially take the next step into all grain. Cheers Ed
