Ah thanks Josh, That makes complete sense re the foam up! Can you confirm what the FWH is please I couldn't see it anywhere. And adding the 2.88ltrs during the boil won't compromise the OG or flavour or anything of that sort? I had it in my head, unsure why, that sparging was better? Other than that...

Woohoo it's arrived! Dimensions are

Kettle height - 26.5cm
Kettle diameter - 30.5cm

The volume he BIABacus tells me is 19.4L
