Hey I'm a new brewing enthusiast from Chicago, Illinois, usa. Have a few meads and ciders fermenting away, and just bottled a malty cider (cider + dme + seeped rye + hops). Otherwise totally new to the hobby. Planning to use biab to make an all grain Scottish ale for my first real beer!
