Added >200PPM Defoamer 105...Is the beer safe?
I have accidentally added >200 PPM of 5 Star Defoamer 105 to my wort. Is it ruined? The MSDS is not very helpful. Several websites indicate that these type of defoamer's settle out of solution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
